We ship in the Netherlands and to Belgium and Germany The shipping costs per order are € 8.95 for delivery in the Netherlands to the home address or service point.

All products are shipped with PostNL / Dpd or UPS.

The shipping costs per order outside the Netherlands in Europe are € 9.95

At checkout, you also have the option to have it delivered to a PostNL - DPD or UPS service point.

Returns and cancellation

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt, stating a reason. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The direct costs for the return from your home to the shop or our warehouse are also for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via our returns portal. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return provided the product has already been received in good order and meets the conditions. Please note the delivered round rugs must be packed on tube with both sides free of damage in original box.
