Where are the products made?

We produce our vinyl products ourselves in the Netherlands.

How thick are the vinyl rugs?

Our vinyl rugs are 2.2 mm thick.

Are the rugs made of fabric?

No, our rugs are made of vinyl.

Can I order the same design in different sizes?

Yes. Select a size on the product page. The price updates to match your choice. Add each size to your basket separately. Contact our customer service team for a custom size.

Can I print my own photo or design?

Yes. Send your image and the required size to [email protected]. We will discuss the options and check whether your file is suitable.

Use and care

How do I clean my rug?

Use a damp cloth or mop and mild soapy water. Check the product information for care instructions.

What should I do when my rug arrives?

Unroll the rug on a clean, dry and level surface. Leave it to rest for about 15 minutes at room temperature without placing weight on it.

Can I use the rug with underfloor heating or outdoors?

Check the information for your chosen product. If you are unsure about suitability for your floor or intended use, contact our customer service team before ordering.

Orders and contact

What if I ordered incorrectly or have a problem?

Email our customer service team with your order number and a description. For damage or printing errors, please include clear photos.

Can I return my product?

For standard sizes, you can notify us within 14 days after receipt that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the product. Products made to personal specifications, such as a custom size or your own image, are subject to the exception for personalised items. Choosing an offered standard size does not automatically make a product personalised. Your statutory rights for faulty products also apply to personalised items.
