Rugs on vinyl is a company started in 1999 manufacturing rugs from vinyl we print beautiful designs on a high quality floor vinyl. We used to outsource production but since the past 2 years we have our own production and cut facially everything under 1 roof. This benefits the quality and we can deliver quickly. It is also possible to realise your own photo or design in consultation with our Dtp department.
